Refund & Return Policy

At Dermére, we take pride in creating skincare products that are thoughtfully formulated and carefully fulfilled. Due to the nature of cosmetic products, we ask that you review our return policy before making a purchase.

Returns

Because our products are cosmetics and personal care items, we do not accept returns or exchanges for opened or used products for hygiene and safety reasons.

We will gladly assist if:

  • Your order arrives damaged

  • You receive the wrong product

  • There is a manufacturing or packaging defect

If any of the above occur, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the issue

Once reviewed, we will issue a replacement or refund, as appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used skincare products

  • Products returned due to personal preference

  • Sale or promotional items

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
